Brand
Registration pages use the shared Crickipedia cricket theme. Participants can switch bright or dark mode on the registration page; the same preference applies here in admin.
Registration window & fee
Payment method
Razorpay and QR + receipt are mutually exclusive for this tournament.
Manual QR payment
Default QR for all categories. Under Registration categories you can upload a different QR per category (overrides this default).
WhatsApp notifications
Requires Meta Cloud API env vars. Create templates with a single body variable {{1}} (full message text).
Placeholders: {{tournamentName}}, {{name}}, {{category}}, {{fee}}, {{groupLink}}, {{paymentInstructions}}, {{rejectReason}}. Players are not shown a registration ID on the site.
Form fields
Name, WhatsApp and skill always stay required. Add or remove fields, set optional/required, and use ↑ ↓ to control order on the registration form.
Public player list
When enabled, the registration page shows a "View registered players" button with names and photos by category.
Season leaderboard stats
Shows a stats link on this tournament's registration page only (not on the Crickipedia home page). Uses CSV data uploaded under Admin → Season stats (CSVs). Set a unique data edition for this tournament (e.g. cpl11)—do not reuse another league's folder (e.g. srpl2).
Tournaments with the same Stats league ID can compare or combine seasons on the stats page (e.g. all SRPL seasons use srpl; CPL and CGL both use celebria).
Registration categories & entry fees
Each category can have its own entry fee, WhatsApp group, and (optional) payment QR. Players see the fee for their category on the registration page, in UPI/QR amounts, and in payment records.

Shown on the registration form next to the size dropdown so players can pick the right fit.

Tournament admins
Create logins that can open the Players tab only, for one tournament. Share the username and password with desk volunteers.
League leaderboard CSVs
Upload CricHeroes leaderboard exports. Charts on the public stats page update within a minute (or immediately after upload). CSV is the source file; the server builds small JSON bundles for fast charts.
